get real. get supported.
let’s get real therapy, pllc is a virtual therapy practice for adults in north carolina, offering LGBTQIA+ affirming, client-centered support for folks navigating adhd, trauma, identity, burnout, & being human.
hi~ welcome to let’s get real therapy!
i created this space for the creatives, the adhd’ers, the feelers, the outcasts, the over doers, the perfectionists, the millennials & gen z’ers looking for a safe place to land & get real.
a space where you can show up in any mood (angry, celebratory, quiet) & feel totally seen & accepted. whether you’re laughing, sobbing, or yelling “fuck you” to the patriarchy (or maybe your partner, lol), i’ll be with you as you let it all out.
let’s start to imagine your most beautiful, authentic life & make small steps toward it. <3

i started this practice to create a space where people can be honest, raw, weird, vulnerable, & enough—as is. i believe in unconditional acceptance & in holding a vision of your wellness even when you can’t see it. i bring honesty, humor, deep compassion, & a refusal to pretend oppressive systems don’t play a role in what’s hard.
you know what’s best for you—& i honor that fully. but i’ll also lovingly challenge old narratives that keep you stuck. we’ll name patterns, trace their roots, & shift toward new ways of being. together, we’ll practice curiosity over criticism, grace over perfection, & wholeness over shame.

obligatory inspo. quotes!
do you remember the happiest day of your life? what about the saddest? do you ever wonder if sadness & happiness can be combined, to make a deep purple feeling, not good, not bad, but remarkable simply because you didn’t have to live on one side or the other?
~ ocean vuong, on earth we are briefly gorgeous (my absolute favorite book)
