relationship conflict

let’s unravel your attachment tendencies with empathy. how did this fear of abandonment begin? spoiler: it’s not your fault. we’ll go back to the root—slowly, gently—& give that younger you the love they didn’t receive. we’ll talk through conflict with your partner, roommate, parent, or boss & explore what your body feels in those moments—panic, anger, freeze—& build a plan to regulate, advocate, & speak your truth.

you’re not lazy, i promise. maybe you’re waking up too late again, procrastinating, & then beating yourself up. together, we’ll explore adhd through a lens of compassion & curiosity—making boring tasks more fun with body doubling & reframing “flaws” as strengths. ever find yourself on a adhd side quest? like all of a sudden you're in the bathroom holding almond milk & a screwdriver with no memory of why? been there!

perfectionism & anxiety
